Previous Item || Table of Contents|| Next Item List of Responses To access the full list of responses with its results, at the My Surveys page click List of Responses. The purpose of this page is to present survey results as a list of individual responses, contrary to the 'Summary' page which gives only the aggregate report.  Set filtering and displaying parameters in this section. Click Refresh to renew the page after you set up new parameters. They will not take effect unless you click on this button. Click Go to My Reports to go to the My Reports page. Click Go to My Surveys to go to the My Surveys page.  Individual statistics on all responses gathered are presented here: date and time when the response was made, country of the respondent, browser type, OS type. Click on the response number to view answers and relevant statistics of the corresponding respondent. Check the box 'Deletion' to mark the responses you want to delete from the database. If a specific survey question is selected in the selection box "Answers to this question will be displayed in an additional column", the question specified will be separated and displayed in its own column of the table:  Click Delete Selected to delete marked responses. Their statistics will be removed from the database. Use this option with caution, e.g. you need to remove erroneous responses, etc.  A page bar at the bottom of the page displays the total number of pages with results.
