All you have to do is just copy it and give to your respondents. When one visits it, he may participate in the survey. There are many ways to give an URL to others, but the easiest is to e-mail it. Unlike other websites that provide similar services, we do not password protect surveys from unathorized access by unwanted respondents or web surfers. Instead, we have developed a more flexible, powerful, and convenient protection method from unauthorized access, which may be called "keyworded URL". After a new survey is created and published, a special secret keyword is generated and built into the URL that leads to this survey. Now, to access the survey your respondents need to know the exact URL with this keyword; the rest of the surfers cannot enter the survey even if they guessed the survey link itself. Since the actual keyworded URL is not indexed by search engines, it guarantees that no one will be able to access the survey but the authorized respontents sample who received the link from you. |
