Publishing Options
To publish a survey means to deliver it to respondents. There are three methods to do it, each with its cons and pros:
- By giving out its address (URL): Generally, this option is useful if you don't have a web site of your own. All surveys at CreateSurvey have their own unique URLs and may be accessed by pointing a web browser to it. Copy this URL, e-mail or publish it to web, and the work is done. The respondents will simply visit your survey at a standalone web page.
- By embedding the survey HTML code into your own site: This option is preferrable for you if you want to put the survey onto your web page. This method allows to build highly customizable solutions, but at the other hand, requires some knowledge of HTML and web site administering.
- By sending out e-mail invitations: This option is the best when you have a list of e-mail addresses of potential respondents. While delivering your survey right into the respondents's inbox, this method is NOT a way to send the so-called SPAM.
Please make sure you send the invitations to your focus group only.
